Julie Gutierrez-Farley
Director - Solutions Architecture
Julie is a 20-year IT Industry professional. She directs the company’s Solutions Architecture Department that focuses on complex solutions for the storage, protection and management of digital information. Julie spent 9 years in day-to-day IT operation. Her last 11 years were in professional services, systems architectural design and integration. She held a Solutions Architect position at CAT Technology where she designed systems and storage solutions for large companies. She spent seven years at Datalink Corporation where she served as a Storage Architect and later managed and led a team of architects and engineers for the western region. In that role, Julie and her team designed storage solutions from numerous manufacturers including Data Domain, EMC, HDS, Isilon, NetApp, Symantec and Quantum.
As Director of the Solutions Architecture Department, Julie manages a team of technical architects that are experts in servers, storage, networking, virtualization and project management. She works with clients to convey the Solutions Architecture Team’s experience, expertise and ability to deliver results. Julie functions as an architect as well, getting involved in designing solutions for particularly complex, multi-disciplined projects.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Westmont College in Montecito, CA and an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California at Irvine where she is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Circle.
Julie is a member of the Board of Directors for a non-profit community organization in Garden Grove, CA. She spends time doing domestic and international community service. She enjoys music, working out, golf and playing racquetball with her husband.
Julie works out of the corporate office in Woodland Hills most Mondays and Tuesdays. The rest of the week she is in the field working with her team, clients and partners. She also has an office at Key Info’s location in Irvine. She can be reached at jgutierrez@keyinfo.com.
