Technical Services Manager

JR McCarter is the Key Info AS400 I Series specialist. JR provides technical assistance and support to Key Info sales representatives, helps design new installations and upgrades, walks clients through process, and performs installations. Prior to joining Key, JR was an AS400/Series I specialist at El Camino Resources, an IBM Premiere Partner, for eleven years. JR was born and raised in Southern California, is married with three children, enjoys martial arts with his son, and is a major Dodger fan.
