Rene Lapid helps IBM enterprise and SMB organizations solve their IT challenges. Rene has worked both as an IT manager – and with IBM business partners helping IT managers – so he understands both sides of IT issues. His technical expertise with the pSeries/i5, Series x, and TotalStorage solutions was gained while employed at Think Tank Systems. His understanding of client issues and problems comes from positions in IT management at KPC HealthCare, Hoag Hospital, MedPartners and Friendly Hills HealthCare Network. Rene currently resides in Fullerton, California.
